ANALISIS EVALUASI KADAR EMISI GAS BUANG DIESEL GENERATOR DI MV.HI 03
Keywords:

It is feared that the exhaust gas emissions from ships have exceeded the threshold determined by the increase in the number of ship visits to the port will also increase the level of exhaust emissions by ship engines. Exhaust emissions from ship engines are known to cause health and environmental problems. Nitrogen oxides (NOx), carbon monoxide (CO), hydrocarbons (HC), and sulfur oxides (SOx) are several types of pollutants found in exhaust emissions from ships which greatly affect the quality of port pool water. The method of estimating exhaust emissions by direct measurement of the quality and flow of exhaust emissions from an activity is impractical or even impossible to do for each pollutant source. Therefore, an approach is formulated to estimate the magnitude of the pollution load. Based on the shipping route from the port of origin to the port of destination, taking into account engine performance factors, engine operating time, and Specific Fuel Consumption, the largest average amount of pollutant emitted by the MV HI 03 ship is CO2 gas. The MV HI 03ship emits CO2 emissions of 0.739 tons/hour, KM
